Sustainability Management

Procurement at BDR Thermea Group is the process of ensuring best practice in the acquisition of goods and services that fulfil our requirements and are sourced competitively, economically and efficiently.

We aim to:

  • Provide the best possible value for our customers
  • Conduct business in a fair, objective and transparent manner
  • Use best practice in the application of ethical standards and follow stringent BDR Thermea Group quality procedures

Our main objective is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our quality team continuously monitors and improves our supply chain performance.

Protecting the environment for a sustainable future is important to BDR Thermea Group and is reflected in our innovative products and sustainable initiatives. We are focused on ensuring our supply chain correctly manages recycling, disposal, packaging and transport. We work with our partners to remove waste from our shared supply chain.

We only select suppliers who can give us the high quality materials and services that we insist on. We require a ‘right first time’ approach and suppliers are asked to commit to our corporate quality standards in a supplier contract.

The quality of our logistic services meets international standards, using transparent and standardized measurements of performance.

Suppliers are placed on our preferred supplier list by meeting BDR Thermea Group’s rigorous criteria for quality, financial, ethical and risk standards. We recognise the importance of effective and open working relationships with our suppliers and are committed to building and developing collaborative relationships.
