The Service Tool allows installers and heating engineers to programme and analyse a boiler using a tablet. Functions of the service tool include programming boiler parameters, reviewing error codes, and accessing up to date product information, manuals and fault trees. The service tool is an efficient way to install and maintain a boiler, add value to their service and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Some of our boilers have built in predictive controls that notify the installer when a problem occurs so a breakdown can be avoided.
