As ISH digital 2021 draws to a close, BDR Thermea Group can look back on a successful first all-digital edition. Our 3D world at the virtual trade fair proved a hit with customers and a drawcard of the event. Thousands of virtual visitors flocked to our digital booth to see how we are bringing the energy transition closer, highlighting just how well a digital experience can work. Our standout experience has broken all previous records for customer interactions.
We set the bar high, wanting to connect with our customers even though we couldn’t physically come together. By embracing the opportunities of the digital world, we set out to create an experience that would allow us to establish meaningful connections. Backed by a solid plan and investment, we were able to hit the mark and create something truly unique – and our customers loved it.
Our 3D world and live studio experience offered a glimpse of the latest innovations in heating technology. Visitors learned more about the new heat pumps, hybrids and high-efficiency boilers available today, or discovered our cutting-edge developments in hydrogen-ready boilers and hybrid fuel-cell systems. Brötje and Remeha, with their strong following in the German market were at the centre of our experience, with Baxi and De Dietrich also present in our 3D world.
