Lúcia Veiga Moretti appointed new CCO of BDR Thermea Group

Lúcia Veiga Moretti has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of BDR Thermea Group, starting 3 May 2021. Lúcia joins BDR Thermea from security industry pioneer Allegion, where she served as senior vice president and president of the Europe, Middle East, India & Africa region for seven years.

The heat pump will play a key role in the future technology mix 

Before Allegion, Lúcia spent nearly 25 years in the automotive industry, most recently as senior vice president of Delphi and president of Delphi Product and Service Solutions worldwide, the company’s aftermarket business. Her roles at Delphi also included vice president of aftermarket in Europe, Middle East and Africa, global marketing director of aftermarket, and managing director of aftermarket in South America. 
 
Educated in Brazil, Lúcia has a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, and master's degrees in business administration and human resources. She is fluent in several languages, including Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
