Aliëtte van der Wal-van Dijk joins BDR Thermea Group as Chief Commercial Officer

BDR Thermea Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Aliëtte van der Wal-van Dijk as Chief Commercial Officer, and member of the Management Board, effective 1 January 2026.

Aliëtte brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in commercial strategy, marketing, and business transformation, in both B2C and B2B industries. She joins BDR Thermea from the VELUX Group, where she served as Executive Vice President for Global Marketing and a member of the Executive Management Team, leading brand strategy and customer engagement across international markets. Prior to that she held senior roles at Philips and Procter & Gamble, working across Europe and the United States. 

Her entrepreneurial spirit, customer-centric approach, and deep understanding of business-to-business-to-consumer dynamics make her a strong addition to BDR Thermea Group as we continue to accelerate our growth and deliver on our purpose: bringing the energy transition closer.

Aliëtte will be based in the Netherlands and will work closely with our regional and global teams to strengthen our commercial capabilities and drive growth across markets.
