In some markets, BDR Thermea Group offers direct service and maintenance contracts with end-users and building owners, offering ongoing service and immediate repairs.

Carrying out regular inspections ensures our products stay in tip-top condition all year round, reduces the risk of breakdowns, and prolongs the products’ lifespan.

We offer service and maintenance contracts in selected markets, for a monthly or annual fee. This gives end-users and building owners the comfort of having a safe, efficient and well-maintained heating system. If a system does need attention, our support teams either help installers solve issues themselves, or dispatch our engineers to the location to restore service with the shortest possible interruption

Easy to use, efficient services from pre-sales to maintenance

We offer a range of efficient, user-friendly digital and offline services. These take installers and end-users all the way through from pre-sale selection of systems to servicing and maintenance.
