Our innovative heating technologies make the energy transition a reality. In our Heat Pumps Competence Centre we work in close collaboration with gas grid providers, governments and other stakeholders to tackle the complexities of this historic change.
Renewable energy sources such as solar and wind are not always available, making it harder to keep the grid balanced and maintain a dependable electricity supply. We develop our products with this in mind.
Product connectivity and the Internet of Things (IoT) are opening doors to new possibilities, including connected thermostats, remote monitoring and predictive maintenance. As well as making installation and servicing easier, these new technologies also give end users more control over their comfort. Our products are usually part of a larger system or combination of heat generators. That's why we make products that are easily compatible with others, such as a boiler in a hybrid situation with a heat pump. Our products can also help the energy transition as part of a wider smart grid, helping to buffer energy and keep the grid balanced.
